C8 is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of a landmark redevelopment project in Guernsey.

The Opportunity

This role is about leadership, ownership and delivery. You will be entrusted with a technically complex redevelopment that demands strong commercial awareness, programme control and hands-on project leadership. From coordinating design and procurement through to managing site delivery and commissioning, you will play a central role in shaping the success of the project.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of a major M&E project.

Project Leadership & Delivery

● Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex M&E redevelopment project.

● Act as the primary point of responsibility for programme, quality and outcomes.

● Attend and lead site meetings, ensuring clear communication across site teams, consultants and stakeholders.

● Monitor project progress, identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Commercial & Financial Management

● Maintain full control of project budgets, including interim invoicing and variation pricing.

● Manage labour planning and resourcing to align with programme and commercial targets.

● Ensure contractual obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Design, Procurement & Programme

● Manage design and drawing processes to support efficient site delivery.

● Coordinate high-level ordering and early procurement of key plant and materials.

● Develop and maintain agreed job programmes, aligning design, procurement and site activities.

Health, Safety & Compliance

● Ensure full compliance with health and safety requirements on site.

● Embed best practice and follow up on all H&S actions.

● Maintain rigorous contract compliance at all stages of the project.

Commissioning & Handover

● Lead commissioning strategy and provide full certification at project completion.

● Coordinate the production of O&M manuals.

● Maintain full record drawing control to ensure a smooth and compliant handover.

You are an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in delivering complex M&E projects. You bring:
