Laying the foundations for the future

As we celebrate our 9th year in business, we’re excited to announce a major new milestone for C8 - construction has officially begun on our new purpose-built premises at Mont Arrivé. With the piling now complete, we’re quite literally laying the foundations for the future.

This project is more than just a new building. It represents our ongoing investment in our business, our people, and the future of Guernsey’s built environment. Our new headquarters will give us the space, facilities, and flexibility we need to continue growing, innovating, and supporting the island’s evolving infrastructure needs.
