We were proud to deliver a full office fit-out for Butterfield Bank at Martello Court, Admiral Park – a multi-phased transformation within a partially occupied, four-storey office building.
Working around live offices and maintaining seamless continuity for occupants, our team replaced the 4-pipe fan coil units and valves, upgraded distribution boards, metering, and BMS systems, and installed new plumbing and electrical services to support refreshed kitchenettes and breakout areas.
The project also included extensive lighting upgrades, with new control systems, feature lighting, and CAT6a data cabling, alongside alterations to ductwork layouts, fire alarm devices, and compliant firestopping solutions.
Two floors were refurbished simultaneously during the final phase, demonstrating careful planning and coordination with the contractor, Lotheringtons Commercial Interiors, and architects, Axis Mason.
