C8 was proud to deliver full mechanical and electrical services for Mill Place, a contemporary office development designed to support flexible working and multi-tenant occupancy.
The project included a comprehensive M&E installation, featuring power, intelligent lighting controls, air conditioning, ventilation, and full water services, alongside integrated life safety and data systems. Designed to create a modern, adaptable workspace, the scheme provides tenants with a range of flexible environments to suit evolving business needs.
Working within an existing building presented spatial constraints, requiring careful coordination to integrate modern equipment in line with current Building Control regulations. The exposed services design, with no suspended ceilings, demanded a high level of detail and precision throughout to ensure both performance and visual quality.
