We were proud to deliver a full design and build solution for Vraic, a sophisticated and intimate restaurant.
The project included a new Daikin air conditioning system and a mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system, tailored specifically to the dining areas to balance comfort, efficiency, and air quality.
Our scope covered the complete mechanical and electrical package: feature lighting and small power systems inside and out, full kitchen plumbing and electrical provisions, new WCs, and integrated fire and intruder alarms to meet safety standards.
We also installed new hot and cold water distribution, upgraded above-ground drainage, and integrated data systems for reliable Wifi and IT services. Every element was designed and coordinated with precision to support the restaurant’s intimate guest experience.

It was a pleasure to deliver the full mechanical and electrical package for Vraic, an intimate new restaurant in Guernsey. The project demanded careful coordination, with multiple specialist subcontractors working within a compact building envelope and to a tight programme.
